About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at dentolo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our mission of providing tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool, manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage Recruitment Agencies: Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a steady supply of high-quality candidates.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure that our recruitment strategies are always effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Recruitment Practices: Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices and tools, including proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required, with German being a plus.
