Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and take on the challenge of finding and attracting top talent to our organization.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Autonomous staffing of specialist and management vacancies
- Coordination of job postings and selection of suitable recruitment channels
- Innovative development of existing recruitment activities
- Implementation of local and cross-site projects in recruitment, personnel, and university marketing
- Organization of job fairs and events for systematic talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Completed studies in a relevant field, such as HR management, business psychology, or sociology
- Extensive professional experience as a recruiter or active sourcer
- Very good experience in the targeted use of various recruitment channels and good knowledge in active sourcing
- Ideally experience in blue-collar recruiting
- Excellent interview and assessment skills as well as a special observation ability and a sense for people
