Lead Cost Strategist

In this role, you'll drive cost development strategies, implement performance controls, and contribute to high-impact strategic projects.
Your assignments will include:
- Supporting diverse strategic initiatives, such as optimizing return on invested capital
- Developing and refining metrics-based reports, providing deep dive analysis and business insights on the Kabi Group's performance with a focus on costs
- Conducting ongoing variance analysis to identify trends and propose measures for improvement
- Contributing to the creation of budgets and forecasts for the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
- Compiling information into clear, impactful reports and dynamic management presentations that effectively communicate key insights
- Driving internal analysis and external benchmarking
- Providing support to local controllers, fostering collaborative efforts
- Assisting in investment decisions by leveraging your financial expertise
- Supporting the execution of the digitization roadmap with a focus on front-end tools and dashboards
About You
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 3+ years of experience in FP&A/Controlling within an internationally operating company
- Ideally, experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry
- A structured work approach with strong analytical skills
- The ability to articulate and convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner
- Attention to detail and reliability
- High initiative and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Cross-functional thinking and a collaborative approach
- Problem-solving orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent mastery of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW
- Ideally, first experience with front-end tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
