Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Ender-IT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct multi-channel sales activities, including phone calls, emails, online platforms, and in-person visits.
- Generate qualified leads and build interest in our products through various marketing initiatives (trade shows, webinars, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify key decision-makers, and cultivate new leads.
- Organize and participate in product demonstrations, both locally and at assigned customer locations.
- Follow up on leads generated from various sources, including trade shows, to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas for your territory, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Utilize our company's contact management software to effectively manage prospect information.
- Foster open communication and build trust with both internal colleagues and external customers.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and contact management tools.
