Drive Sales Growth in the Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Ender-IT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multi-channel sales activities, including phone calls, emails, online platforms, and in-person visits.
  • Generate qualified leads and build interest in our products through various marketing initiatives (trade shows, webinars, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify key decision-makers, and cultivate new leads.
  • Organize and participate in product demonstrations, both locally and at assigned customer locations.
  • Follow up on leads generated from various sources, including trade shows, to convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas for your territory, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Utilize our company's contact management software to effectively manage prospect information.
  • Foster open communication and build trust with both internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and contact management tools.
