About the JobWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager B2B Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in the ICT or Telco industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of sales tools and technologies, including Salesforce
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
