* Work Experience: 3+ years medical clinical selling, 2+ years hospital sales, compounding market and contracting
* Technical skills: Excellent network in hospital outpatient setting, compounding pharmacies and compounder network, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Service oriented, Excellent computer skills (sales reports & KPI monitoring and tracking, customer analysis, market research, especially in Excel)
* Personal skills: Customer oriented, self-starter with significant field experience in hospital, compounder and compounding pharmacies channels, equipped with appropriate network
