Job DescriptionThe Sales Support Officer will be part of our Ardo Group Sales Support Team, which monitors a worldwide customer portfolio within the food industry, retail, and foodservice markets. The role involves being the central point of contact for sales managers, customer service, and customers regarding product support, contract follow-up, SLA follow-up, etc. You will build strong business relationships, proactively monitor customer satisfaction, and communicate insights to sales managers to translate them into business and account plans.
