About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM IT Specialist to join our IT Team Resource Mobilisation in Bensheim. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify technology opportunities to enhance our fundraising capabilities
  • Support the development of AI and BI-based analytics and content creation
  • Provide 2nd level support for our fundraising environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Solid experience in CRM system administration, preferably with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics
  • Excellent working knowledge of German and English language
