Position Overview

The CRM IT Specialist at CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V. plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven expertise in CRM system management, particularly with platforms such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis methodologies.
  • Fluency in both German and English, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.
