Position Overview
As a vital member of our IT Team Resource Mobilisation, the CRM IT Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our fundraising capabilities through effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on marketing and CRM strategies in collaboration with our fundraising teams.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and its integrations.
- Identify and leverage technological advancements to drive a forward-thinking transformation in our fundraising efforts.
- Facilitate AI and BI-driven analytics and content generation.
- Deliver second-level support for our fundraising technology environment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external service providers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in CRM system management, ideally with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of BI tools and data analytics.
- Ability to translate business concepts into architectural frameworks and guide solution development.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Alignment with Christian values and the mission of CBM.
