Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including setting up conference rooms and arranging catering
  • Handle correspondence in German and English, including responding to emails and letters
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Organize company events and celebrations, including Christmas and Easter
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for the leadership team
  • Obtain A1 certificates as required
Requirements
  • Middle school diploma or equivalent, with a completed commercial education or comparable training
  • Several years of experience in office management or a similar field
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a well-groomed appearance
  • Independent, reliable, and customer-focused work style
