Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for key prospects in the Automotive industry in Europe, with a focus on the German market.
  • Lead the global Automotive sales team for markets outside Europe, focusing on North America and Asia/India, to develop the sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers, resulting in revenue, order intake, and margin responsibility.
  • Develop winning industry-specific value propositions with the team to succeed in the market.
  • Identify and represent Cyient in industry-relevant events and networks.
  • Explore potential industry partnerships to enhance Cyient's value proposition in this market.
  • Contribute to Cyient's automotive sector strategy development and execution.
  • Report to the Global Head of the Automotive Business Unit.
