Job Summary

Cyient is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our Automotive sales team in Europe, with a focus on the German market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing winning industry-specific value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle for key prospects in the Automotive industry in Europe, with a focus on the German market.
  • Lead the global Automotive sales team for markets outside Europe, with a focus on North America and Asia/India.
  • Develop and execute industry-specific value propositions to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and represent Cyient in industry-relevant events and networks.
  • Identify potential industry partnerships to enhance Cyient's value proposition.
  • Play an active role in Cyient's Automotive sector strategy development and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing winning industry-specific value propositions.
  • Strong understanding of the Automotive industry in Europe and globally.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
