Job Summary
Cyient is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our Automotive sales team in Europe, with a focus on the German market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing winning industry-specific value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle for key prospects in the Automotive industry in Europe, with a focus on the German market.
- Lead the global Automotive sales team for markets outside Europe, with a focus on North America and Asia/India.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing winning industry-specific value propositions.
- Strong understanding of the Automotive industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
