About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in coordinating the entire recruiting process, from appointments to onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the entire recruiting process, including appointments, invitations, and rejections
  • Administer the applicant tool and ensure seamless communication with candidates
  • Attend job interviews for interns and theses, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Independently administer the area of interns and theses, including contract management and onboarding processes
  • Act as the first point of contact and contribute to the development of our HR processes
  • Organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting, fostering a sense of community and collaboration
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of operational HR work and current projects within the local HR department

Requirements:

  • Currently studying economics or a comparable field, with a focus on Human Resources
  • Independent, committed, and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, with a strong command of German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with various tools and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
