About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the entire recruiting process, from appointments to onboarding and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire recruiting process, including appointments, invitations, and rejections
- Administer the applicant tool and ensure seamless daily tasks
- Attend job interviews for interns and theses after initial training
- Independently administer the area of interns and theses, including contract drawing, works council hearings, and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Act as the first point of contact and contribute innovative ideas for process development
- Organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting
- Gain a comprehensive insight into operational HR work and current projects within the local HR department
Requirements:
- Currently studying economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Independent, committed, and reliable work style
- Excellent comprehension, communication skills, and trustworthiness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- The internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months according to study regulations
