About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Human Resources team in various tasks. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruiting process, including appointments, invitations, and rejections. You will also assist in the administration of the applicant tool and attend job interviews for interns and thesis students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruiting process, including scheduling appointments and sending invitations
  • Administer the applicant tool and maintain accurate records
  • Attend job interviews for interns and thesis students
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development of our HR processes and procedures
  • Organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting

Requirements:

  • Currently studying economics or a comparable field (ideally with a focus on Human Resources)
  • Independent, committed, and reliable work style
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • The internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months according to the study regulations
