About the Role:
- You will be responsible for independently coordinating the entire recruiting process, including appointments, invitations, and rejections.
- The administration of the applicant tool is a key part of your daily tasks.
- You will attend job interviews for interns and theses after the initial training.
- You will independently administer the area of interns and theses, including drawing up contracts, works council hearings, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- As the first point of contact, you will contribute your own ideas for the further development of our processes.
- You will organize the Freudenberg-wide regular student meeting.
- As part of the local HR department, you will gain a comprehensive insight into operational HR work and current projects.
Requirements:
- You are studying economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
- You are characterized by an independent, committed, and reliable way of working.
- Good comprehension, communication skills, and trustworthiness are among your strengths.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- The internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 5 months according to the study regulations.
