E.ON SE is seeking a Product Owner Corporate Academy to join our team. As a key member of our corporate academy, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative learning journeys that upskill our colleagues in Customer Solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed delivery and execution plans for each learning journey milestone, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of learning journeys.
- Design engaging learning experiences for various target groups, including leadership, global practitioners, and regional teams.
- Take ownership of digital learning modules and ensure their further development.
- Organize content into executable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables align with best practices in digital learning.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Business Management, Human Resources technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
- A strong affinity for digital learning.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in English and German.
