About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CSA Group team as a Quality Systems and Processes Specialist. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting the development, management, and improvement of our technology systems and processes related to our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and improvement of technology systems related to the QMS, including document control systems, audit management systems, quality databases, intranet pages, and non-conformance and corrective actions systems.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Quality Systems and Processes to understand requirements, develop or redevelop processes, and implement systems to achieve these processes.
  • Lead all or a portion of the defined change, particularly changes to technology systems.
  • Collaborate with peers within the Quality Management teams to understand quality systems-related metrics and data.
  • Work with colleagues within other functions (Operations, Technical Management) to understand metrics and data required to demonstrate strong quality risk controls.

Requirements:

  • 2-year post-secondary education in a field relevant to CSA Group's core business.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, systems, and process design and improvement.
  • Experience with management systems, particularly ISO Management System Standards and conformity assessment standards (e.g., ISO 17000 series standards), is an asset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Project Management experience and certification is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate abstract topics to a wide range of audiences.
  • Expert working knowledge of data analytics and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management, scheduling, and planning software (e.g., Smartsheet).
