Technology Systems and Processes Lead

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the CSA Group team as a Quality Systems and Processes Specialist. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting the development, management, and improvement of our technology systems and processes related to our Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and improvement of technology systems related to the QMS, including document control systems, audit management systems, quality databases, intranet pages, and non-conformance and corrective actions systems.
- Work closely with the Manager, Quality Systems and Processes to understand requirements, develop or redevelop processes, and implement systems to achieve these processes.
- Lead all or a portion of the defined change, particularly changes to technology systems.
- Collaborate with peers within the Quality Management team to understand quality systems-related metrics and data.
- Work with colleagues in other functions (Operations, Technical Management) to understand metrics and data required to demonstrate strong quality risk controls.
Requirements:
- 2-year post-secondary education in a field relevant to CSA Group's core business.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, systems, and process design and improvement.
- Experience with management systems, particularly ISO Management System Standards and conformity assessment standards (e.g., ISO 17000 series standards), is an asset.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Project management experience and certification is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate abstract topics to a wide range of audiences.
- Expert working knowledge of data analytics and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management, scheduling, and planning software (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Experience with Intelex is considered an asset.
