About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you lead or support the development, management, and improvement of our technology systems and processes related to our quality management system (QMS). Your tasks will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring our QMS according to ISO 17000 series standards
  • Managing the development and improvement of technological systems related to our QMS, including document control, audit management, and quality databases
  • Managing and planning internal and external audits
  • Maintaining QMS data for management and reporting purposes
  • Investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting global QMS communication
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, information, and communication material related to quality systems and processes

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Completed studies or further training as a state-certified technician or comparable
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, system and process design, and improvement
  • Experience with management systems and conformity assessment standards
  • Strong project management skills
  • Sound knowledge of data analysis
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power Platform, and project management software
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
