About the Role

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development, management, and improvement of our technology systems and processes related to our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology systems and processes to support QMS, including document control, audit management, quality databases, and non-conformance and corrective action systems.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Quality Systems and Processes to understand requirements, develop or redevelop processes, and implement systems to achieve these processes.
  • Lead all or a portion of defined changes, particularly changes to technology systems.
  • Collaborate with peers within Quality Management teams to understand quality systems-related metrics and data.
  • Work with colleagues in Operations and Technical Management to understand metrics and data required to demonstrate strong quality risk controls.
Requirements
  • 2-year post-secondary education in a field relevant to CSA Group's core business.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, systems, and process design and improvement.
  • Experience with management systems, particularly ISO Management System Standards and conformity assessment standards, is an asset.
