Project Manager - Global Production and Procurement

  • Oversee and direct both large-scale and smaller initiatives within the realm of global production and procurement frameworks.
  • Formulate strategic plans, pinpoint inefficiencies, and offer solutions for cost savings, process enhancements, and innovative practices.
  • Guarantee compliance with timelines, facilitate communication, manage budgets, and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalations and inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Accountable for achieving deadlines, managing costs, and upholding quality benchmarks.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to track departmental performance.
  • Actively collaborate with both internal and external partners.
  • Assist leadership in executing and evolving the strategic direction of the department.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of production and procurement systems.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
