Project Lead - International Production & Procurement

As a Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating projects related to international production and procurement structures. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing strategic concepts to ensuring project success within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate both large-scale and smaller-sized projects focused on international production and procurement processes.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance cost efficiency, streamline processes, and foster innovation within the department.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of project timelines, communication channels, budgets, and actively manage any deviations from the established plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalating issues and addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects consistently meet predefined deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards.
  • Establish robust reporting structures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to effectively monitor departmental progress.
  • Engage actively with various internal and external partners to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.
  • Provide valuable support to leadership in the implementation and advancement of the department's strategic vision.
Requirements
  • A completed degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • A strong understanding of production and procurement processes within a global context.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with strong organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A willingness to travel as required for project needs.
