Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our clients' material handling and storage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on material handling and storage systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with the central planning team to schedule and coordinate service calls
  • Document and report on all service activities and findings
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in a related field, such as industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of material handling and storage systems, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
