We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve processing national and international orders, handling customs formalities, and preparing Intrastat reports.

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial or forwarding merchant
  • Experience in similar positions, preferably in a globally operating company, especially in the field of plant and mechanical engineering
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, ATLAS software, and ERP systems, particularly Sage b7
  • Outstanding communication skills, including international communication, as well as solid English skills
  • Independent and organized way of working, practical approach, and ability to work in a team
Your Responsibilities
  • Processing of national and international orders including recording, confirmation, and invoicing
  • Handling customs formalities for export and import deliveries in accordance with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Preparation of Intrastat reports
  • Timely provision of all necessary documents for shipping and exporting
  • Notification of shipping companies and courier services considering costs and benefits
  • Independent application and monitoring of bank guarantees, bonds, and letters of credit
  • Management and optimization of customer master data
  • Customer communication and support in German and English
