Key Responsibilities- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and testing of equipment at client sites as a TELOGS service technician.
- Act as the primary contact for customer support, coordinating with central planning to manage your service assignments.
- Prepare and manage documentation and inventory for clients, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Completed training in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, industrial electronics, automotive technology, or similar fields, with a strong foundation in maintenance and electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated motivation and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both clients and team members.
- Proven reliability, responsibility, and a keen awareness of quality standards.
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license, with a willingness to travel for assignments both domestically and internationally.
- Comfortable working at heights and available for standby duty as needed, including occasional weekend travel.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment within a supportive company culture.
