Key Responsibilities
  • As a service technician, you will conduct maintenance, inspections, and testing of equipment at various client locations.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, coordinating with central planning to manage your assignments effectively.
  • Your role includes creating and managing documentation and inventories to ensure prompt solutions for our clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a related field, with solid expertise in maintenance, electrical engineering, and automation technology.
  • A strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and clients.
  • A commitment to reliability, quality, and responsibility in all aspects of work.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel for on-site assignments.
  • Comfortable working at heights and available for standby duty as needed.
  • A desire to thrive in a dynamic work environment within a supportive company culture.
