About Us:
We are a dynamic company with a workforce of 50 dedicated employees, established to meet the evolving demands of material handling.
- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and testing of equipment at client sites as a service technician.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support, coordinating with central planning to manage service assignments.
- Prepare and manage documentation and inventory records to ensure readiness for client needs.
- Completed training in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a related field, with a strong background in maintenance and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication abilities, both with colleagues and clients.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to quality.
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for service assignments.
- Comfortable working at heights and available for standby duty as needed.
- Enthusiasm for a challenging and evolving work environment within a supportive company culture.
