Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a talented individual who can transform procurement data into valuable insights. As a Procurement Data Analyst / Business Analyst, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, leverage our analytics tools, and provide accurate and timely analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extracting, cleansing, and transforming large data sets using Excel and Python.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings, supply chain improvements, and other procurement efficiencies.
  • Assisting clients in interpreting analytics results and guiding them in data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role, with an understanding of procurement processes, category management, and supplier management.
  • Experience with Python and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A client-facing approach with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
