As a seasoned marketing professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with both local and global teams.

The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments.

The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts – that will not only grab attention but also leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the German and Eastern European markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectives
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications, and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the German and Eastern European markets
  • Implement brand-building initiatives across the CEE region with a strong focus on Germany, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences.
  • Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure
  • Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Scale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrative
  • Lead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
About You

You'll be a seasoned marketing professional with:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on ad tech/SAAS
  • A proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in the CEE markets
  • Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Autonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution
  • An excellent understanding of market nuances, particularly in the German and Eastern European regions
  • A data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
  • Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance
  • Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
