About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development, launch, and success of our innovative platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, tailored solution that addresses the unique needs of orthopedic surgeons and ensures efficient lead generation for our partners through integrated advertising and affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine the strategic vision for an education-focused platform, placing the surgeon at the center and tailoring content and services based on their experience and specific needs.
- Establish a detailed roadmap and strategic game plan for the platform's initial six months, outlining a clear business case and growth plan for the next 3–5 years.
- Analyze trends to identify competitive advantages and position the platform as the premier educational hub in surgical training.
- Collaborate with our platform partner to build a user experience that adapts to each surgeon's level of expertise, providing tailored resources for optimal preparation for each operation.
- Cultivate relationships with surgical societies, MedTech companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate sponsorships, advertisements, and lead-generating affiliate programs.
- Develop metrics and analytics to measure partner engagement and lead-generation success, providing actionable insights to optimize platform effectiveness for partner organizations.
- Lead and coordinate the platform's launch within the six-month target, ensuring readiness across all technical, user-facing, and partner-integrated components.
- Establish KPIs to measure platform adoption, user engagement, lead conversion rates, and partner satisfaction, using data to guide continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a background in digital education, medtech, and healthcare technology, or marketplace platforms.
- Proven success in launching high-impact products with a strong user-centered design and rapid iteration cycles.
