Technical Support Specialist for German Language Customers

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to German speaking clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding product specifications.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in German (near native level).
- Good command of English (B2+).
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Advanced internet research skills.
- Hardware and software knowledge at a medium to advanced level.
- Prior experience in technical support is an advantage.
- Full support for relocation to Greece, including flight ticket expenses, hotel accommodation, and house searching process.
