We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise System Architect to join our team in Berlin, Germany.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting IT systems as part of the business integration team. This role requires a strong understanding of system infrastructure, performance evaluation, and modification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and support system infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Evaluate and modify system performance to optimize efficiency.
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems.
  • Develop and execute testing procedures for system components and applications.
  • Provide system updates and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system procedures and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to support and maintain business operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Carry out regular system audits, software upgrades, and migrations.
  • Evaluate and assess new applications and their compatibility with the existing IT environment.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable completed vocational training in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • Very good knowledge of English; any other language is an added value.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a system engineering role.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems and methodologies.
  • Experience with managing Windows services.
  • Proficiency in system management and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
