Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Kundenbetreuer, der sich in die Welt des Auftragsmanagements stürzt und mit Leidenschaft und Engagement unsere Kunden unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und -aufträgen
  • Überprüfung von Aufträgen auf Korrektheit und Realisierbarkeit
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- und Produktinformationen
  • Recherche und Nachbearbeitung von Aufträgen
  • Termingerechte Lieferung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle von Lieferterminen und -abwicklung
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Verfolgung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Preiskalkulationen
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Anfragen an Fachabteilungen
  • Informationsweitergabe an betroffene Stellen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in Auftragsmanagement und Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Lust auf neue Herausforderungen und Prozesse
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch
  • Kommunikationsstark in Englisch, gerne auch Spanisch
  • Teamgeist und Freude an kollegialem Arbeiten
