Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives within the DACH market.

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for initiating purchasing processes, identifying opportunities, and developing personalized strategies to engage with decision-makers. You will work closely with our Account Executives and GTM functions to ensure seamless integration and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate buying processes through creative multi-channel and multi-persona strategies
  • Invest in discovery processes, conduct high-quality research, and understand prospect pain points
  • Become a TradeLink expert, conduct early impact pitches, and deliver first discovery presentations
  • Work closely with Account Executives and GTM functions to integrate strategies effectively
  • Own accounts, understand business models, value opportunities, and navigate complex decision-making processes
  • Manage account portfolios and pipelines based on traction and opportunity size

Requirements

  • First experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or other GTM functions, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • High persistence, motivated by output, and enjoyment of high ownership levels
  • Curious, creative, and strong strategic thinking skills
  • Able to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly
  • High empathy and ability to understand different perspectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
