We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Catalyst to drive our B2B expansion efforts, focusing on international market growth and strategic project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading large-scale projects in fast-growth environments.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join Westwing Group SE, Europe's #1 in Beautiful Living e-commerce, as we expand our presence in 12 European countries. As a key member of our Business Development & Program Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that fuel growth and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead international market expansion by creating comprehensive expansion playbooks and conducting in-depth research on local market requirements.
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific needs and implement these strategies, ensuring robust KPI-based performance assessment systems.
- Manage and execute key projects in the DACH market focused on foundational growth and process improvement.
- Analyze data, perform KPI deep dives, and industry benchmarks to generate strategic insights for discussions with Westwing leadership.
- 3+ years of experience at a top consulting firm or in business development, digital sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of growth drivers in e-commerce and digital sales, preferably with internationalization experience.
- Proven project management skills with a proactive, self-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with demonstrated ability to successfully implement strategies.
- Resilient, adaptable, and efficient in dynamic environments.
- Commanding presence with ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attractive salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
