Head of Content Marketing and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content to lead our marketing efforts in Europe. As a pivotal member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand, audience, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement, enhances our brand presence, and ensures consistent messaging across diverse European markets.
- Collaborate closely with country managers and other marketing heads to adapt and localize marketing initiatives for each European country.
- Oversee the development and optimization of website content to ensure a seamless user experience, high-quality visuals, and SEO optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to measure content and campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, SEO experts, and translators to achieve outstanding results.
About You
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- You have proven experience in content management, digital marketing, and/or brand management with a strong focus on strategic, data-driven decision-making.
- You are fluent in English and have good German, French, and/or Italian language skills.
- You bring strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- You have experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple European countries, accounting for cultural and linguistic nuances.
