Head of Marketing and Strategy

About the Role:
The Head of Marketing DACH will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the DACH region. This includes creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to achieve regional targets, managing the marketing campaign manager, and collaborating with regional marketing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of related marketing experience, 2+ years of leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the DACH region
- Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to achieve regional targets
- Manage the marketing campaign manager and collaborate with regional marketing stakeholders
- Participate in defining KPIs and output for the regional marketing team
- Establish solid relationships and communication avenues with regional stakeholders
- Manage a direct report and dotted lines to the regional marketing team
