Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth and revenue through digital channels.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage key accounts.
    • Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, and display advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
  • Channel Management
    • Oversee the development and execution of organic social and employee advocacy programs to drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team that is passionate about driving business results.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages innovation and experimentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and its application in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience with key tools and platforms, including marketing automation, analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and grow a high-performing team.
