Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand strategy and drive growth acceleration. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, developing scalable processes, and driving business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of marketing experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and feedback.
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of scaling B2C businesses.
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and best practices, with a strong analytical mindset.
