Road to Success for Business Analysts and Project Managers

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst or Project Manager to join our team at myTalentscout GmbH. As a key member of our Customizing Team, you will be responsible for delivering complex integration projects that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs
- Lead and participate in workshops and meetings to gather and document client requirements
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in CRM software and related technologies
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions
- Participate in proof of concept and cost estimation activities
- Technical background in a related field, such as Wirtschaftsinformatik or BWL with a focus on (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of economic themes
- Previous work experience in a related field
- Travel readiness (approximately 20-25% of the time)
- Competitive salary range of 60,000-75,000 Euro per year, depending on experience
- 4 weeks of workation per year
- 30 days of annual leave, plus 20-25 days of unpaid leave (if desired)
