Business Analyst for Adobe Target and Personalization

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Target Business Analyst to join our team at Up Reply. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working closely with experienced developers and conversion consultants to design and implement complex A/B tests and personalization campaigns for a major German bank.
Key Responsibilities- Integration of Adobe Target into new channels, including project planning, monitoring, and support.
- Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis for personalization for our international customer base.
- Coordination between teams to ensure project goals align with business requirements.
- Collaboration with various teams, including conversion consultants, designers, and developers, to understand and document personalization campaign requirements.
- Data Analysis to gain insights and evaluate the effectiveness of personalization campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in German and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
