Business Analyst for Digitalization and Generative AI

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digitalization and innovation across our organization.
About the RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing our current Research and Development processes, identifying areas for improvement, and uncovering digitalization opportunities. You will work closely with our team to identify, define, and prioritize digitalization use cases with a focus on (Generative) AI.
Key Responsibilities- Assess current Research and Development processes and identify areas for improvement
- Uncover digitalization opportunities and develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Work closely with the team to identify, define, and prioritize digitalization use cases with a focus on (Generative) AI
- Currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Familiarity with digital technologies and experience in business analytics or data science
- First experiences with AI and Generative AI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communicative mindset
- Proficient with MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of common programming languages like Python or R
