About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Munich Re. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications
  • Support project managers in delivering project plans on time and on-budget
  • Ensure requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Support users' participation in deployments and implementation activities
  • Provide traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests
  • Assist with business testing preparation and execution
Requirements
  • Several years of business analyst or related experience, ideally within IT or data-related projects
  • Preferably, ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
  • History of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
