About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our portfolio company as a key member of the Founder Team. As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the company's go-to market strategies and contributing to its growth and success.

The company is a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth, with a mission to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, the company has already successfully served hundreds of companies since its launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the go-to market strategy in collaboration with the Founder Team
  • Analyse and optimize category management with the procurement team to drive business growth
  • Support the Founder Team in rescope, optimize, and expand the Supplier Management System to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyse new product and customer segments to plan and implement innovative growth initiatives with the Sales Lead
  • Design a roadmap towards a sustainable Supply Chain that aligns with the company's mission and values
  • Optimize current processes across all areas and create new processes to drive business efficiency and growth
Requirements
  • First-hand experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a curiosity for new technologies
  • Flexible generalist with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Interest in and passion for growth startups and changing the construction industry with an international team
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation
  • Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
  • Excellent academic background in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Business German and English proficiency

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
