About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our portfolio company as a key member of the Founder Team. As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's go-to-market strategies and contributing to its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Founder Team
  • Analyze and optimize category management with the procurement team to drive business growth
  • Support the Founder Team in refining, optimizing, and expanding the Supplier Management System
  • Identify new product and customer segments, and develop innovative growth initiatives with the Sales Lead
  • Design a roadmap for sustainable supply chain development
  • Optimize current processes and create new ones across all areas of the company
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a competitive environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a curiosity for new technologies
  • Flexible generalist with a solution-oriented approach
  • Passionate about growth startups and eager to contribute to the company's success
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation
  • Ability to engage with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors
  • Excellent academic background in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Business proficiency in German and English
