IT Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Service Desk team at Datacon GmbH & Co. KG. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the team's activities, ensuring the quality of work, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead the Service Desk team to achieve high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, productivity, and employee skills
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
- Prepare regular reports on team performance for management
- Proven experience in leading a Service Desk team or similar IT role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
