We're currently recruiting for a Team Leader for our Customs Value Added Services team based in Bremerhaven, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Customs VAS team to ensure all VAS activities and customs entries are handled according to regulations, timelines, and the Union Customs Code.
  • Drive cost savings and change initiatives within the team.
  • Focus on customer service and satisfaction while working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager to drive operational processes, developments, and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong business mindset and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Freight Forwarding/Value Added Services/Customs Services business and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Drive for results and teamwork.
